Preámbulo:
El centro fomentará el buen uso de Internet y las TIC entre las personas menores de edad, y establecerá medidas de prevención y seguridad a través de las siguientes actuaciones:
- Promoviendo acciones que faciliten el uso de forma responsable de Internet y las TIC, mediante una mejor sensibilización de los padres y madres, y de las personas que ejerzan la tutoría.
- Diseñando estrategias educativas (charlas, cursos, talleres…) dirigidas al alumnado y a su familia para el uso seguro y responsable de Internet.
- Desarrollando la creación de espacios específicos, tanto físicos como virtuales para personas menores, y en su caso, identificando contenidos veraces y servicios de calidad.
Glosario:
El uso de la tecnología móvil en el aula es un tema de actual debate entre todo tipo de docentes y equipos directivos de centros educativos. Es importante entender que no hablamos de mobile learning, es decir, el conjunto de metodologías de enseñanza-aprendizaje exclusivamente mediante tecnología móvil para educar y aprender en cualquier momento y lugar; sino del uso del móvil como una herramienta más dentro del aula como los ordenadores, las tabletas, los libros o las pinturas.
Más allá de los recientes cambios normativos en la normativa del uso de móviles en el Centro Escolar, lo cierto es que no existe una receta única, sino que el móvil, como cualquier otro elemento pedagógico, puede ser positivo o negativo según las necesidades del alumnado, profesorado, los objetivos de aprendizaje, las actividades a realizar, etc.
Con todo, es importante que tengamos en cuenta que podemos aprovechar parte de las ventajas del uso de los smartphones que muchos menores poseen también fuera del aula, es decir, como docentes podemos realizar actividades a través del móvil recomendando acciones, actividades o aplicaciones y por este motivo regulamos su uso en la escuela.
El rango de usos del teléfono móvil en la escuela únicamente será cuando el profesor de permiso en el aula siguiendo y siempre que haya dejado claro a sus alumnos los siguientes puntos y delimitacións
- Definir al alumnado: su tecnología, sus gustos, usos, costumbres…
- Definir los objetivos de aprendizaje: curriculares, competenciales, etc.
- Elección del dispositivo y del número de dispositivos: tabletas o móviles, propios o no, por grupos o individual.
- Definición del tiempo de uso y concreción de las acciones curriculares: toda la jornada, por materias, por proyectos, etc.
- Implementación y materiales: con conexión o sin conexión, 3G o wifi, con apps gratuitas o de pago, recursos propios o ajenos…
- Delimitar el uso en el aula y la participación: cuándo, cómo, qué y quién.
- Evaluación: del mismo modo cuándo, cómo, qué y quién.
- Gestión de crisis: ¿qué hacer si… no disponemos de móviles, existe un fallo tecnológico, la familia no desea que se use el móvil en el aula…?
Usos aceptables:
Se consideran usos aceptables en el aula cuando el profesor lo requiera para una actividad o comunicar algo y en el período de descanso y recreo siempre y cuando no sirva para realizar fotografías a otros miembros de la comunidad educativa.
Usos inaceptables:
A los efectos del Decreto 25/2007, de 6 de febrero, por el que se establecen medidas para el fomento, la prevención de riesgos y la seguridad en el uso de Internet y las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) por parte de las personas menores de edad, se consideran contenidos inapropiados e ilícitos los elementos que sean susceptibles de atentar o que induzcan a atentar contra la dignidad humana, la seguridad y los derechos de protección de las personas menores de edad y, especialmente, en relación con los siguientes:
- Los contenidos que atenten contra el honor, la intimidad y el secreto de las comunicaciones, de los menores o de otras personas.
- Los contenidos violentos, degradantes o favorecedores de la corrupción de menores, así como los relativos a la prostitución o la pornografía de personas de cualquier edad.
- 3. Los contenidos racistas, xenófobos, sexistas, los que promuevan sectas y los que hagan apología del crimen, del terrorismo o de ideas totalitarias o extremistas.
- Los contenidos que dañen la identidad y autoestima de las personas menores, especialmente en relación a su condición física o psíquica.
- Los contenidos que fomenten la ludopatía y consumos abusivos.
El incumplimiento de estas normas será notificado al Equipo Directivo para que se apliquen las normas de convivencia establecidas en función de la gravedad de lo transgredido

The use of mobile technology in the classroom is a topic of current debate among all types of teachers and school management teams. It is important to understand that we are not talking about mobile learning, that is, the set of teaching-learning methodologies exclusively through mobile technology to educate and learn at any time and place; but the use of the mobile as another tool in the classroom such as computers, tablets, books or paintings.
Beyond the recent normative changes in the regulation of the use of mobile phones in the School, the truth is that there is no single recipe, but the mobile, like any other pedagogical element, can be positive or negative according to the needs of students , teachers, learning objectives, activities to be carried out, etc.
However, it is important that we take into account that we can take advantage of the advantages of the use of smartphones that many minors also have outside the classroom, that is, as teachers we can carry out activities through the mobile recommending actions, activities or applications and for this reason we regulate its use in school.

Acceptable uses:
Acceptable uses are considered in the classroom when the teacher requires it for an activity or to communicate something and in the period of rest and recreation as long as it does not serve to take photographs to other members of the educational community.
Unacceptable uses:
For the purposes of Decree 25/2007, of February 6, which establishes measures for the promotion, prevention of risks and security in the use of the Internet and information and communication technologies (ICT) by of minors, inappropriate and illicit contents are considered to be elements that are likely to attempt or threaten to violate human dignity, security and the protection rights of minors and, especially, in relation to the following:
The content that threaten the honor, privacy and secrecy of communications, minors or other people.
The contents violent, degrading or favoring the corruption of minors, as well as those related to prostitution or pornography of people of any age.
3. The racist, xenophobic, sexist, those that promote sects and those that advocate crime, terrorism or totalitarian or extremist ideas.
The contents that damage the identity and self-esteem of minors, especially in relation to their physical or mental condition.
The contents that promote gambling and abusive consumption.
Violations / sanctions
Failure to comply with these rules will be notified to the Management Team so that the rules of coexistence established according to the seriousness of the transgressed will be applied.
